ORDERS & SHIPPING

How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days*. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. *High volume sales periods may result in a longer processing timeline.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $300. Orders under $300 are charged a flat shipping fee based on location.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. Second Day Air shipping is available and orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday–Friday ship the same day. For overnight shipping assistance, please contact our team directly. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. You can email us at shop@alicewalk.com and we can add your email to our international customer list and as soon as we are able to ship outside of the US we will let you know. 

Which carriers do you use?

Orders may ship via UPS or USPS depending on the item and destination.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Are exchanges free?

Yes. We offer free return shipping for exchanges and store credit.

Is there a fee for refunds?

Returns for a refund are subject to a restocking fee that ranges from $9–$15 depending on the item being returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can I exchange for a different size or color

Yes. Exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same style.

Can I exchange for a different style?

To exchange for a new style, we recommend processing a return for the original item and placing a new order. Email shop@alicewalk.com and we can assist with a restocking fee credit and free shipping code.

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns are typically processed within 5 business days after arriving at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Are sale items eligible for return?

Items marked Final Sale or purchased through a Warehouse Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Items marked Exchange Only are eligible for exchange or store credit but not refunds.

How do I know if an item is final sale?

A final sale note will be included on the product page and in your confirmation email.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes! If a particular color and size is out of stock, just under the size and color selection, there will be a link that says “join the waitlist.” Add your email and we will let you know as soon as the style is back in stock! Please reach out to us via email: shop@alicewalk.com, or call or text us at (508) 250-0855 if there is a particular style you are interested in and would like to know when it will be available.

How do I find the right size?

How should I care for my Alice Walk pieces?

Care instructions are listed on each product page and may vary by fabric. We recommend reviewing the product-specific care guidelines before laundering.

 

 

GIFT CARDS

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Alice Walk offers digital gift cards in a variety of denominations. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be redeemed online.

Can gift cards be returned?

Unfortunately, no. Gift cards are final sale.
